Demonstration: Join us as one of our seasoned butchers breaks down a whole hog detailing tools of the trade, time saving techniques and a comprehensive anatomical tutorial.
Lecture & Q&A: This lecture style class is interactive- please don’t hesitate to raise your hand or shout out your questions as we move through breaking down the hog. In fact, it’s encouraged!
